Now in its second year, the Youth in Danger and Risk programme provides a creative channel for children living in socially high risk environments. With support from BFAMI, these children are able to participate in a variety of art workshops, giving them a much-needed way to reflect on their daily lives and express their emotions in a positive and creative environment while addressing their particular needs. The children are given access to professionally supervised after-school child care facilities where they can work with both traditional and video media. At the end of the year, an exhibition is held at their respective schools.
