MoBY Classroom

1st Jun 2009

The town of Bat Yam is in the process of reinventing itself as a modern and dynamic community, but there is still much to be done as the town recovers from a difficult period in its relatively short history. As a key part of this, the BFAMI-sponsored “MoBY Classroom Project” is designed to offer both adults and children an opportunity to study and participate in Art as a way of supporting and enriching the local community, many of whom are from low-income and immigrant families. To meet this challenge and create an inviting and engaging space, MoBY has designed an innovative and well-equipped classroom staffed by proficient art and technology instructors.
